The regional coordinators, responsible for the especial bureaus, work together with their assistants as fiscals, in order to maintain the desired quality on the activities developed by Confea/Crea’s professionals. An alternating shift allows the System to improve due to a better interaction among employees and their activities, also giving them a better view of reality, outside the System. The Regional Councils together, embrace a total of 1.000 professional throughout the country. Directly responsible for defining controlling actions and projects, these professionals are always aware of what goes on in the work market and watch the procedures, closely, so that they are executed according to the laws that created Confea/Crea’s System.

Confea’s President, Wilson Lang, plans the System’s actions based on the decisions presented at the “CNPs – Congresso Nacional de Profissionais” (Professional National Meetings). Lang has accentuated the importance of the Engineering, architecture and agronomy Official Week, that will concentrate close to 297 representatives, out of the 850 thousand professionals that compose the System. “Everyone will contribute directly to the decisions taken regarding what direction our actions will follow in order to be true to our commitment to the professionals and the country”.

Los Coordinadores Regionales de Cámaras Especializadas y sus adjuntos personifican para el Sistema Confea/Crea la acción norteadora de la fiscalización del ejercicio profesional. Esta rotatividad permite que el Sistema tenga una visión bastante aproximada del mercado y de las relaciones de trabajo en función de lo que es vivido y presenciado por quien compone las cámaras regionales (Consejos Regionales) e integra a cerca de mil profesionales en todo el país. Responsables directos por la definición de acciones y proyectos para la fiscalización, estos profesionales se encuentran atentos al mercado de trabajo y cuidan para que se cumpla la ley que ha creado el Sistema CONFEA/CREA.

El presidente del Confea, Wilson Lang, planea la actuación del Sistema basado en las decisiones presentadas por los CNPs (Congreso Nacional de Profesionales). Lang destacó la Semana Oficial de Ingeniería, Arquitectura y Agronomía que “reunirá cerca de 297 delegados representantes de los 850 mil profesionales del Sistema, que tendrán una participación directa en la decisión sobre los caminos que deberán ser seguidos para que sean cumplidos los compromisos con los profesionales y con el Brasil”.
