With a Strategic Planning for 2009/14, which defines three objectives that are divided into seven goals, the Executive Committee of Ciam  gathered on September 03 and 04 in Buenos Aires.  It started to put into practice the actions which aim to improve the advertisement of the Commission for Integration of Surveying, Agronomy, Architecture, Geology and Engineering for Mercosur. 
 
In the visit that they traditionally make to the Brazilian ambassadors in international mission, the delegation of the Confea/ Crea System took the Argentinean, Paraguayan and Uruguayan partners to the audience they had with the Brazilian ambassador in Argentina, Mauro Vieira.
 
In the advertisement strategy of Ciam, a Parliamentary Action will be held, with a visit to nine parliaments in each country which compose the “Parlasouth” in order to call the attention to issues such as creation of councils of professional regulation in Uruguay and in Paraguay, for instance, and for laws which will guide the professionals circulation between the countries of Mercosur for temporary services. 

The production and publication of a primary book about Mercosur and Ciam, to be distributed during the 35th meeting of the Commission, scheduled for the beginning of December, in Manaus, with the 66th Official Week of Engineering, Architecture and Agronomy (Soeaa), also integrates the plan stipulated for advertisement.

Before Manaus, the Executive Committee meets again, in videoconference, on October 20. Actions to be done and preparations for the meeting with all the integrants of Ciam will be discussed.
 
The Decision nº 25/2003 from the Council Common Market of Mercosur, which is shown in Decree 347 of 2008 and it is about the Mechanism for the Temporary Professional Exercise, was another subject discussed in Buenos Aires. The idea is to implement the Program of Liberalization between the States of Mercosur, a commitment signed on the Montevideo Protocol.  
 
According to the Decision, rules and guidelines for the conception of temporary licenses are common for the Mercosur countries and must be elaborated by a Group of Work of each profession or group of professions, formed by entities in charge of inspection of the professional exercise.
